recently had a cold, for about 10 days after i have a the feeling of a lump of mucus in my throat. i cant swallow it or cough it up.. any suggestions?

After cold: Sometime after cold we continue to have post nasal drainage and might give you a false feeling of mucus in your throat. Some time antihistamine and nasal spray might help
