Pain not BP related: Your blood pressure was elevated a few weeks ago - be careful saying you had high blood pressure problems. It was likely situational. White coat hypertension is a common problem. The chest discomfort you feel is likely more related to your thorax, or chest wall. If you can aggravate the discomfort by moving or twisting, that makes the diagnosis.
