Hello doctor my heart rate is so fast and bp also high doctors told me that the reason of high bp is your fast heart rate i am 23?

Separate: Elevated heart rate and high blood pressure are two separate problems. Fast heart rate dose not cause high blood pressure. They could be related though. For example high thyroid hormone may cause both to be high. Thorough evaluation is needed to determine the cause.
