Not necessarily bad: If you're referring to your resting heart rate, although that does fall a little outside the average ranges, it might not be indicative of a problem. Often this is due to medicine, poor physical conditioning, or anxiety about being in the doctor's office. The best thing would be to check your pulse a few times a day outside the office and see what number you get. How old are you?
