Not usually: Leukopenia can be side effect of these medications.Agranulocytosis is more like severe allergic reaction

What is a symptom...: of agranulocytosis? A symptom is a physical sensation you experience. What physical sensation are you experiencing? A blood test is not a symptom. A blood test is a blood test. Why would you worry about cancer instead of drug-induced suppression of neutrophil production?
