No: But stretching and yoga may help improve conditioning. Wearing the brace 24 hours a day will help prevent further curvature. If the curvature is less than 25% it is unlikely surgery will be indicated. All the best.

Vest is best: The basic management is to prevent further drift toward higher curve with the brace. After her growth stops, the tendency to worsen stops. There are no stretches that would make a difference. If the curve gets too bad they can straighten it with surgery after growth stops. This requires placing stabilizing bars on either side in her spine. Get her to use the vest & you may avoid surgery.
