Matter of degrees: Scoliosis implies a bending or rotation of the spine off a perfect straight line. Many kids are found to have mild bending of 5-10 % and will never have health consequences from it & do well in sports if they desire to.Greater curves are either watched closely during growth, braced or may need a surgical fix. If your daughter was not sent for an orthopedic evaluation i doubt you need to worry.

YES!!: Scoliosis is usually is not painful. She should be followed by her pediatrician to evaluate the progression or lack iof progression of her curve so that appropriate treatment may be instituted as needed if needed. Encourage her to be as active as she wishes. Back exercises will provide strength.

Yes: If she doesn't have symptoms and her spinal curvature is not excessive there is no reason she cannot continue her usual activities. See an orthopedic scoliosis specialist to have her curvature followed. Treatment for idiopathoc adolescent scoliosis includes bracing, but if this method is used she would likely be able to remove the brace when she needs to.
