Don't worry!: A lymph node that comes and goes is OK. It's doing what it's supposed to do... fighting off invaders in your body. A hard, enlarged lymph node that doesn't go away IS something to be concerned about, and something a doctor should see. But it's normal, especially in people your age (27), to have lymph nodes that wax and wane. So you can check that off your worry list!
