No supplements: Only take supplements if you want to waste your money on products that you don't know what's in them or what they will do to you. If you already have gynecomastia, make sure you've had a full endocrine work-up by an endocrinologist. Injections are a poor way to replace testosterone. Other products are generally better. 2% gel almost always increases levels to normal at some dose if taken properly.
