PROBABLY MUSCULOSKEL: Probably chest wall musculoskeletal pain as you say it only comes when you do some activities in which the chest wall is strained like taking deep breath, sneezing, coughing and laughing.But if you have any other symptoms like fever, cough, etc, you should have it checked.
