Seek help: If your pain is that severe you need to be evaluated in person by a doctor. It could be a rib fracture, or inflammation of the lining of the space around the lungs(though it's a bit atypical for this with pain on touching), a partially collapsed lung(unlikely though) or even an atypical herpes infection.
