Not necessarily.: A woman can have irregular menses for a variety of reasons. It is not the irregular menses themselves to worry about, but possibly the underlying cause of the irregularity. If or when you attempt to conceive, your irregular menses will likely make it more difficult to conceive. You should see an ob/gyn to discuss this.
