I got hit in neck with ball. can it cause a swollen lymph node that last a mint and a half? cancer? no crazy symptoms. just a little paranoid. help!

Sounds normal: The average male teen can find three easily palpable lymph nodes in his neck. If they are not fixed to the surrounding tissues, are not growing fast, and are not massive, you can ignore them.
