Weight loss: Many things in there to make sure are squared away - is your thyroid medication at the proper dose? Are you eating and sleeping in a healthy way (often the first things to go when under stress)? Are you staying active with moderate exercise (even walking 1 mile a day at a fast pace can be enough!)? A trip to the doctor to evaluate these concerns seems to be in order. Good luck!

Careful: Anytime your hormone replacement meds are adjusted you may need adjustment of thyroid medication-increasing estrogen level causes an increase in the thyroid med required.
