Sorry: Your description isn't enough information to go on. Any problem causing pain and loss of function deserves a proper work up. Make an appointment to get your feet checked by a podiatrist. They should be able to evaluate them and come up with possible diagnoses for your pain and paralysis.

Intermittant : Neuropathy can occur secondary to a pinched nerve or radiculopathy in the lower back.
