I have chronic swelling my left foot. it's pretty much every day. what can i do for this?

Have it checked: Swelling in only one foot which is chronic in nature is often related to venous or lymphatic disease. See your podiatrist. They can examine the area and will likely order testing for the venous system to check for obstructions, etc. In the meantime, elevation and compression stockings can be helpful.
