Yes and No: You definitely need to manage blood sugars if you are a sporting diabetic. Ideally, your physical activity is regimented and you exercise every day - that way, you can take into account your calories burned and therefore your sugar balance. Exercise and sport will help to regulate your blood sugars, but be sure you don't go hypoglycemic! i don't think the diabetes affects temperature.
