Alopecia universalis: Alopecia refers to hair loss where universalis refers to total body. Ask DR: Why B12? Thyroid, iron, calcium, diabetes not relevant to this. Need to ask DR, see dermatologist? Poisoning? Alopecia areata? Need to define hair loss precisely.
