Alopecia universalis: Alopecia refers to hair loss where universalis refers to total body. Pins & needles sensation refers to neuropathy which also has many causes. Check out http://goo.gl/AqXDoA for info. Vitamin B12 is another cause of neuropathy. Post-herpetic neuralgia, too.

Ask DR: Why B12? Thyroid, iron, calcium, diabetes not relevant to this. Need to ask DR, see dermatologist? Poisoning? Alopecia areata? Need to define hair loss precisely.
