More than 1 cause...: ...To those symptoms, but a some common considerations are upper respiratory infections or allergies. Some ex of infections: a "cold", ear infection, sinus infection, pharyngitis (sore throat). Seasonal allergies are quite common, esp now that spring is here. Infections are often viral but prob should see her doctor to sort it out & make sure she doesn't need specific treatment.
