My left ear and left side of throat feels congested. when i look down and swallow it feels like theres tension on the left side of my throat what could this be? it feels like a click noise?

The issue is whether the ear is the primary problem causing radiation into only the left side of the throat & the clicking sensation. If symptoms persist have a physician or ENT specialist examine&advise you. I suspect a middle ear ( ear drum) issue or wax in the canal.

I feel like I have an inflamed thyroid on my right side by trunk of neck no noticeable big bump but slightly notice when swallowing and can sometimes feel slightly congested by ear its not painful but noticeable I notice it more when I eat bad?
