Sort of: If you cut it, it will no longer be a delayed release form. You might as well buy the cheaper immediate release for in 150 mg size.

Don't do it (please): Please don't do that. It will turn it from an extended release to an immediate release tablet. That is too high for a single dose of immediate release.
