Can i cut bupropion sr in half. another doctor said it ok because 150 in causing anxiety. but i'd like a second opinion?

Not advisable.: There are 3 types of wellbutrin (bupropion) - extended release, slow release and immediate release. There are more possible side effects from an immediate release form. By cutting a slow release pill in half you will prevent this type of release from working. Sr does come in 100mg size.
