Why do my 2 years old son laugh without cause sometimes?

Difficult to say: He may just be a normal 2 year old boy. On the flip side, he may be inappropriately responding to internal stimuli. It is hard to provide a useful answer without knowing all the other aspects of the toddler. This question requires an evaluation if it is truly concerning behavior, so the next step would be to see a psychiatrist.
