Lifetime diet: Make some rules to live by for the rest of your life. Always avoid greasy, buttery, fatty food: start saying, "no mayo, " every day. Avoid extra salt & sugar, because these lead to obesity & high blood pressure. Follow some rules of eating for life to stay healthy. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, & 6pm dinner like a poor man. Oats are an excellent source of nutrients and fill you up!
