Try anti inflam: May be "arthritic". If doesn't respond to anti inflammatory med need to be seen to rule out disc problem.

Sounds like: It is nerve pain originating from your low back. Any injuries? If there is any weakness of the muscles, you need to see a doctor because you might need nerve decompression. Is there any swelling? If so, it could be thrombophletis, a potentially dangerous condition. Can't tell for sure, but if it is just pain with no other symptoms, you probably will get better on rest alone.
