Unlikely : As far as I am aware there is no evidence regarding association or link between pulmonic valve disease and asthma. Asthma is a disease of medium- small airways inside the lung . Pulmonic valve is a structure present in the right heart that controls the blood flow between the right heart and the pulmonary artery.

Probably Not: Though both related to the lungs, valvar pulmonary stenosis would not plausibly be linked to asthma. The stenosis would cause extra work on the right ventricle (which pumps blood to the lungs), but it shouldn't be associated with asthma.
