Maybe, maybe not...: Some medications are ok for adults but not for children, so check the label carefully. Inhalers that are sold over the counter are "rescue medications" to ease acute asthma attacks. If your child has asthma, she would be better off with a prescription medication to control the symptoms and prevent attacks. If there is a city or county hospital near you, they will have "ability to pay" programs.

None available: The last otc inhaler for asthma was primitene which is no longer available in the us. Please have your daughter checked and treated. Untreated asthma can be a serious situation.
