See cardiologist: The child needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist. Once a diagnosis has been firmly established, as well as consequences of the situation at this time, then a treatment plan can be organized. This may involve medical management. Or may progress to needing surgery to fix the problem.

Depends: The next steps depend on how leaky the valve is. A leaky pulmonary valve is very well tolerated, especially if only mild. If the leakiness is severe, your cardiologist should follow her. If/when her right ventricle becomes too dilated, unfortunately, a valve replacement will be necessary. But new valves are being developed which can be placed in the cath lab.
