Why does my two year old daughter become out of breathe when she talks? might it be asthma?

Or heart problem or.: A two year old should not become breathless unless she's been running at full speed for several minutes. The origin of this issue could be lung, heart, blood (anemia) or other issues. She should be evaluated by a physician within the next few days if not sooner.
