What is the cure for obesity?

Major change: Bariatric surgery is something to discuss with your physician. Without this, it's a matter of reprogramming how you think and act regarding exercise and eating. Hang out with fitness types and do what they do; it's possible you can manage sustained weight loss, and stay under your physician's supervision. There's no magic. Good luck.

Curing Obesity: Significant scientific evidence has now proven that bariatric surgery may very well be the most reliable cure for obesity. It definitely is the best way to reverse the risks of diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver disease and so on. Of course part of that process will also include limiting calories and exercising and participating in psychotherapy. But, it is possible to reverse this problem.
