No: The 'cure' is weight loss as you know although that is not an easy thing to accomplish. Good luck in your journey as it is a lifetime challenge but one you can overcome.

Not a cure: But studies suggest that vitamin E 800IU/day can improve biopsy evidence of steatohepatitis in nondiabetic patients. Even the american college of gastroenterology recommends it as a first line treatment in nondiabetics with biopsy proven fatty liver disease. Good luck.
