I've been using vaseline in nostrals for dryness. i read it can cause lung issues. i've had breathing issues lately. if in lungs, will eventually heal?

If you have dryness: Why don't you try a humidifier or vaporizer? I don't think vaseline in your nose can cause lung problems. What is your breathing issue? I don't think the two are related. Maybe you developed asthma, unrelated to your vaseline use. Difficult to tell without more information.
