59 year old female. no history of smoking, lung cancer, lung problems. both nostrils are a little bloody when i blow my nose for the past 3 days. no cough, pain, fever or other symptoms. there weather has gotten cold a few days ago.cause for concern?

Watch for sputum, mixed with blood or cough with blood. If these occur, please see your Pulmonary specialist right away. Place a cool compress on your nasal bridge.
