How are you now?: If you are presently healthy and have a normal complete blood count, don't worry about it. I'm betting you had an episode of antibodies destroying platelets (this is quite common, but they can also destroy red cells at the same time) and in the retelling it got changed. Pulling your old records is unlikely to tell you anything useful.
