Many times such information is included in discharge papers as a follow up is always recommended with either your primary care doc or an urologist as for your abnormal findings/ hematuria. There is misunderstanding regarding ER services as most patients believe ER can solve all problems, while ER is only addressing life threatening conditions and otherwise assigns patients for further work up.
