Not likely: If you have Insulin resistnce, you are more likely to have hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar. The symptoms would be frequent urination, fatigue, sweating, numbness in feet, blurred vision. Hypoglycemia would also be sweating, lightheadedness, hunger.
