MRI, Removal, Biopsy: First an ultrasound, MRI or ct scan will clarify the situation. Could be a mature teratoma, depending on location. I have seen them in the nasal area, although they are found in other areas it may need to be removed by a surgeon and biopsied by an oncologist.

Removal and biopsy: Removal, biopsy and follow up to be certain none of the tumor remains behind. It is unlikely this lesion will metastasize.
