Yes: It can affect your vision at night by the near eye causing glare and star bursting. Everyone is different and you may or may not be affected by this. Second it can limit depth perception, but usually not noticeable. Most people with mono vision do not notice from my experience.

Yes: Mono vision depending on the disparity in vision between the two eyes can be a definite cause ifa drop in depth perception. You can test this put by comparing with contacts vs glasses by taking the stereo fly test. You might be under corrected and this is causing night myopia.
