A member asked:

I had mono at one point in my life will it cause any future problems or should i not worry at all?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Shouldn't: Most people get this as a kid, where it is often not very different from common viral illnesses. Teens or adults have a harder time with it, requiring weeks for recovery. The "chronic fatigue"syndrome noted years ago is not related to mono.
