Stay active: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.

Not too bad. : Not as bad as mri. If you need it, your doctor can order a valium or other sedation to help you get the test you need.

Usually no problem: It is unusual to have claustrophobia with a ct scan. Unlike the MRI scanner, the ct scanner has a shorter and wider tube and the table where you lie on moves during the scan. The scan is very fast. More advanced scanncer moves faster than the older ones. With advanced scanners, even if you moves a bit the study is usually still diagnostic enough.
