If really severe - : Speak with physician about use of anxiolytic for flight. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy at a later date to help work through this. Auricular acupuncture can be very helpful. When anxious - breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at >.
