Chalazion: These are inflamed glands in the lid. Rarely thes can be other things. Have an exam by a qualified eyecare doctor.

Many possible things: Given this location, a cyst is likely, but there many possibilities. If it is not increasing in size or causing irritation, you can ignore it. Otherwise see an ophthalmologist for evaluation.
