Probably not: If it's not growing and not painful, then not likely serious. Most likely a cyst or lymph node. Best way to be reassured is to have it examined. Best wishes

Cyst: Its probably a cyst. At some point, if it grows, causes problems, or you just don't like it, surgical removal ca be done. Usually an outpatient procedure with local anesthesia. You should have it looked at by your primary care provider on be sure. Hope this helps!
