Maybe: Only way to find out if it is broken is with an x-ray. If it is broken and non-displaced the fracture will heal itself. If just swelling that will resolve itself also. But if broken and displaced you will have two choices leave it alone and live with a crooked nose or have it bone set for a straighter nose.
