Necrosis : You may have a small area of necrosis or bleeding that resulted from bite. In time it should resolve.

Scar: If your symptoms have otherwise resolved, you probably are seeing a scar where the infection & inflammation was. This is more common in people with more melanin in the skin. Go back to the doc who prescribed the antibiotic.
