Leeches: Cellulitis is most often caused by Staph or Strep. However, being in the river and getting bit by leeches changes things. Leech infections respond to Cipro, (ciprofloxacin) Levoquin, Bactrim. If you don't improve or the cellulitis worsens go see your doctor.
