Go see (OB) doctor: Make sure doctor knows she's pregnant (if she's not seeing her ob). May or may not need antibiotics and cough suppressant. May or may not need inhalers if wheezing (tightness in chest). May or may not need further evaluation & testing depending upon what doctor finds upon evaluation. If not seeing ob, make follow up appt to bring him/her up-to-date & to monitor pregnancy.
