Not heart: Tightness or pinching in the chest for just a few seconds is no a symptom of coronary heart disease. Coronary artery disease can cause chest discomfort(Angina) that is BROUGHT ON BY EXERTION, lasts several minutes, and often CAUSES YOU TO STOP WALKING TO GET RELIEF. ANGINA is often described as a heaviness or pressure in the chest. See a physician if your cough persists. If you smoke: Quit.
