Not recommended, but: Travatan and similar drugs that grow the lashes have side effects that can leave the lid skin hyperpigmented. For that reason, it is not recommended to apply it to your lower lashes. You may want to get a liquid eyeliner from the drug store, take the tiny brush out, wash it, & use it to brush the upper lashline with travatan nightly. Be sure to use as little as possible.
