No: The travatan z is a medicine used to modify intraocular pressure. If your doctor makes you use only in the right eye is because it is the one the needs to lower the pressure.

Not by the books but: Any patients put those drops in both eyes to balance their eyelashes. As doctors, we don't recommend using a medication in ways different than prescribed. The good news is that those drops are very 'easy' on your eyes, minimal chance of a side effect.
